Media Fail: CNN, Fox News Erroneously Report Health Care Law Struck Down

The Supreme Court upheld Obamacare and its individual insurance mandate today, although Fox News and CNN apparently expected a different outcome. They were so surprised, they reported it was struck down! Many in the media expected the Supreme Court to throw out the 2010 Affordable Care Act, but no one officially knew until the ruling at 10:15 Thursday. Looks like CNN and Fox News jumped the gun.
