Mickey Rourke and Scarlett Johansson have signed on to star in "Iron Man 2. Rourke will play Whiplash, the Russian villain, while Johansson will play the Russian Black Widow . Scarjo was approached for the role after Emily Blunt stepped aside because of her obligations to "Gulliver's Travels. The flick hits theaters May 2010.
