Mike Tyson Avoids Photog Persecution

He fights for a living and now it seems he can punch people outside the ring and get away with it.

Last month, Mike Tyson had a bloody altercation with a photog. Mike, being the charming guy he is, punch the guy in the face for supposedly harassing his family.

Today, the L.A. City Attorney officially rejected the case against Tyson, citing "insufficient evidence."
