so, ms, cyrus is trying to get her mom to take her to get a tattoo.


she has already designed it her self (a heart w/ the initials of that Justin Gaston guy inside)

this already sounds like a bad idea right?!


considering the fact that you have to be 18 to get a tattoo, and she just turned 16?!!!!


shes like "oh im not trying to be rebelious" buuuuuut why is it that everything she does slams the web as soon as she does it? there are pletty of celebs that are doing things that not everyone would approve of but its not out there for everyone to see.
