Miley in blue suede boots

When I was Miley's age I would have been lucky to leave the house in that get-up on HALLOWEEN... But since she's just bein' Miley and I wish I was a fly on the wall, she can wear it on a random Sunday. I'm sure she sported that in church - maybe before she fell and ripped her stockings??
