Mischa Barton Kissing Some Female at Her 23rd Birthday Party

Mischa Barton celebrated her 23rd birthday and ended up kissing some female at the Caviar Kaspia restaurant in Paris last night. There were a bunch of Barton's friends including Dita Von Teese. Although, Barton was pictured locking lips with another female, I don't make much out of something like this. They could be playing but it does look like she's really enjoying herself though.
