Taking a page from the Britney Spears manual of "How To Cure A Crotch From Agoraphobia", Colombian Miss Universe contestant Catalina Robayo is in serious waters after strutting around in a bunch of short dresses without panties.
A source close the pageant has told Fox News, "People have been pretty upset by it, there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out."
