According to a new report, some Chicago Public Schools employees 'bent rules' so they could spend $67,000 for espresso machines.

Funny business seems to be all too common in Illinois government agencies!

The report went on to say that a majority of the 30 machines purchased for an alleged culinary arts program have gone unused.
