It's going to be a loooooong custody battle between Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford and her soon to be ex, Daniel Giersch.
As you recall, Giersch stated in court that Rutherford was an unfit mother, constantly working and not taking care of their child.
Rutherford is now claiming Giersch is "ominous, violent and bad" news for their son.
She claims all this and more in the legal papers she has filed, which a judge will look over
