New Line Picks Up The Watching Hour

Variety reports that New Line/warner bros. has picked up Shane and Carey Van Dyke's spec script The Watching Hour . They are Dick Van Dyke's grandsons. The trade says that "Plot details are under wraps other than being described as a horror franchise with sci-fi elements." Michael Connolly is producing through his Mad Hatter Entertainment along with Mary Parent and her company Disruption Entertainment.
