Nicky Hilton arrests a homeless man??

This guy, Michael Broadhurst, is homeless. He randomly shoved Nicky Hilton on the street at 5am, and she made a citizen's arrest and is going to press battery charges against him.

I wonder why he pushed her? Was he just looking to push a chick? Did he know it was her? Maybe he has a crush? Maybe he thought she was Paris in which case I probably would do the same thing... Did he ask her if she could spare some change
