Nicole Richie Car Accident

Nicole Richie was involved in a car accident Monday afternoon after a car driven by a paparazzo rear-ended her.
Nicole is claiming that she is injured but declined to be taken to an emergency room. Instead, she told police she will see her own doctors. A male passenger was in the car as well, no word on if he suffered any injuries.

The photographer, who works for the photo agency X17, has been arrested for driving without a license.
