Nicole Richie "Gossip Girl Rumors "Untrue, Says Rep

Nicole Richie won't be paying New York's Upper East Side a visit anytime soon.

Despite rumors, the celebutante mom will not be making a guest appearance on The CW's cult hit Gossip Girl, a rep for the star said Wednesday.

This morning, the New York Daily News reported that Nicole was in talks to appear in the show's upcoming season finale.

"This is not correct [or] true information, the rep said of the rumors.
