Obama's Global Warming. Can Maurice Strong make a difference?

Maurice Strong who is a wealthy Canadian businessman and is known for his very strong views on the environmental issue is making headlines after Senators john kerry, Democrat of Massachusetts, and Joseph I. Lieberman, independent of Connecticut, produced a 987-page bill that tries to make progress on climate-change/global warming and energy.
Strong who was Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment and then became the first Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme has been creating quite a bit of controversy with his unconventional ideas of solving the world's environmental problems.
