Olympic Medal Count USA in the Lead

It is the end of the sixth full day of events in the 2012 Olympics in London, all the medals for Thursday, August 2, 2012 have been handed out. There is a new overall leader as the United States has broken free of China, and now sits atop the medal count leader board with 37 overall medals.
