Michael Bolton was in the 'Dancing With The Stars' judges' doghouse last night. His jive with Chelsie Hightower, set to 'Hound Dog,' earned an awful 12 out of 30 points and was deemed by Bruno Tonioli as "the worst jive in 11 seasons."
