Paparazzo Suing Becks

David Beckham is being sued by paparazzo Emicles Da Mata, who was roughed up by Becks' muscle back in December.

Da Mata had been trailing the Beckham brood in their cars when David stopped the car and ordered Da Mata to exit his vehicle. When the pap refused, David's bodyguard took over to do some negotiating with his fists, as well as dump Da Mata's camera in the garbage.

At the time, Da Mata didn't file charges against Becks, but now
