Patrick Dempsey Keeps His Mind on Seattle

Patrick Dempsey held a Portland magazine with himself on the cover as he left lunch in LA yesterday. While he was checking out his feature article, last night on Grey's, his character Derek was dealing with serious stress and difficult decisions.
