Penn Badgley seems to be really happy for his ex!
The Gossip Girl star was asked by the press about his reaction regarding Blake Lively's surprise wedding with Ryan Reynolds, and he gleefully responded:
"I'm happy. That's great."
Apparently, he doesn't have much information about the recent event just like most of us. He added:
"I've only heard what you guys have heard."
