Victoria Beckham knows that when it comes to looking good, it's all about attitude!

It looks like Posh is growing out her hair, and getting through the in-between stages with flair.

Vicky B. showed up at the new Armani store opening on 5th Avenue in New York Tuesday night rocking a sparkly asymmetrical mini-dress and a minx's smirk.

Although we could do without the bottle tan. You're not fooling anything Posh!
