TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan's dad, Michael Lohan, and his on-again and off-again girlfriend Kate Major are pregnant and expecting a baby together.

Kate is in her first trimester, but the restraining order Kate had against Lohan was just lifted a few weeks ago meaning yup, you guessed it..the two were seeing each other illegally if this is Michael's baby.
What a mess!
