Rihanna Eye Patch Masked Evidence Of Abuse

Police in Los Angeles are investigating whether the eye patch Rihanna wore as an accessory last year was used to cover evidence of domestic abuse at the hands of ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

The "Umbrella" star was said to have scratched her cornea in 2008 and covered her eye for a while when she debuted a diamond-encrusted patch at the American Music Awards last November.

Los Angeles police are looking into possible past instances
