Robert Buckley Joins One Tree Hill Cast!

We found out in May that Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie
Burton (Lucas and Peyton, who got married at the end of this season!) are both done with One Tree Hill for
good, but this just in: the CW found a new cast member to take Chad's place!
(Although we're not sure if anyone can replace our favorite blond-haired
