Robert Downey in talks for another comic book adapation??

Well if it wasn't enough that Robert Downey Junior has made a bigger come back on screen than American Gladiators. The Hollywood Reporter has claimed he is negotating a deal with Dreamworks/Universal on the upcoming comic book adapation "Cowboys and Aliens".Who can blame them,after making 300 million dollars for iron man how can you pass up the actor like him.

Now,before you go and trashing the title just because theres not alot of cowboy fans out there.Anything that involves aliens and guns has to be cool,and not to mention Ron Howard is producing the movie.

Cowboys and Aliens was written by Fred Van Lente and Andrew Foley.The Story is about a battle between the Apache and the Western settlers but they are interrupted by a spaceship crashing.The story takes place in Arizona and Robert Downey will be playing a former Union Army Gunslinger named Zeke Jackson.

The movie will most likely be released by 2010,pretty damn long from now but
I don't know about you guys..... but im pumped.
