Ryan Lochte Wins Gold in Meter Medley Phelps Places 4th

Ryan Lochte has beat his strongest US competitor, Michael Phelps in the 400 meter medley by a landslide. Lochte brought home the gold while Phelps placed fourth.
After barely qualifying for the race, Phelps struggled to a fourth-place finish.
