Sacha Baron Cohen Laps It Up

So it seems the big question of the night at the MTV Movie Awards was whether Eminem was seriously pissed that Sacha Baron Cohen in his 'Bruno' character, landed on Eminem's lap with his crotch in his face.
One thing we know is that clearly it was planned. A few seconds before 'Bruno' dropped onto Eminmen's lap the cameras panned to Eminem, so clearly that part was planned. At first I thought Eminem was actually upset, and now I have to wonder if that is the case. Did Eminem have enough time to 'react' and if he did why didn't he? Isn't it a natural reaction to put one's hands up so as to 'defend' against something coming within your 'space'?
As well, is Sacha Baron Cohen that brave (or stupid) that he would risk seriously pissing Eminem off and the guys that Eminem travels with? I can't imagine he would. If there is one thing we have learned from Eminem's videos is that he's got a great sense of humour, and if there is one thing we've learned from his acting, he's a great actor.
