Scott Ruffalo's Death Ruled A Homicide

Scott Ruffalo's death was ruled a homicide. There was a ton of speculation as to whether or not Scott shot himself during a game of Russian roulette or if he was killed. Police are noting now that the bullet wound is located at the "top of the head at the frontoparietal scalp" which rules out the suicide theory.
