Sean Penn Selling Home for $15 Million

Sean Penn and his wife Robin Wright Penn are unloading their five-bedroom, Spanish-style estate in Ross, Calif., in Marin County. Price tag: $15 million.
Running on 2.2 acres, the 10,000-square-foot pad - which they bought in 1996 and spent more than two years remodeling - features a gym, home office, au pair suite and three-car garage, according to the Associated Press.
Also on the property: A two-bedroom guest cottage, complete with a two-car garage, pool, tennis court and redwood grove.
The couple - who have two children - wed in 1996.
They filed for divorce in December but had proceedings dismissed in April.
Penn will return to the big screen in December's Milk as Harvey Milk, the country's first openly gay elected official who was assassinated in 1978.
