Talk about a major scam!

Partygoers in Bellevue, Washington, paid to party with R&B singer Ne-Yo on New Years eve.

The musician was set to perform at Bellevue's Meydenbauer Center with tickets starting at $75 and running up to $1,200 for a VIP table.

The problem?

Ne-Yo NEVER showed up!!!

One party guest, Michael Brandt, said "Everything from the tickets to the Web site indicated that Ne-Yo would be there."

And even worse is the fact that they informed the crowd just 30 minutes
