Shakira Says Nobody Stole Her Ring

Rump-shaking extraordinaire Shakira wants the world to know that she was NOT the victim of a gutsy ring-stealing fan in Mexico last week ... although a viral video which appeared to capture the crime states otherwise.

The singer's publicist Joseph Carozza issued the following statement to TMZ:
