Shia LaBeouf has finally owned up to briefly dating pop star Rihanna - two years after rumors of a romantic relationship between the two first surfaced.

The Transformers star admits he had one date with the "Umbrella" hitmaker in 2007, but claims the two failed to hit it off as a couple.
