AFTERNOON DELIGHTS: Miley Cyrus, having lunch with Boyfriend Justin Gaston at City Wok in Los Angeles yesterday before going clothes Shopping with sister Brandi at Royal Dutchness. Shopping, however, has not included buying a Valentine's Day present for Justin. "Girls," the Hannah Montana star said, "don't get guys stuff for Valentine's."
