It really pays to be Simon Cowell's fiance because when he dumps your ass you could get a mansion as a parting gift.
That is what Mezhgan Hussainy got earlier this year when the "X Faxtor" honcho called it quits with her ex-fiance.
Not a problem for Simon as he had already moved out to another $12 million 6-bedroom home a few miles from his other mansion he gave to her ex.
