Circa 1998, Sean Connery wrote a letter to Steve Jobs stating in no uncertain terms that he would never, under any circumstances, appear in any Apple advertisements. Okay, so he didn't really- it's a small spoof which is in actuality part of a bigger spoof- but it's still pretty funny.
