On 'Kate Plus 8' (Mon., 9PM ET on TLC), she and her gaggle of Gosselins are on a bus tour of New York City. Perfect time to make a mad dash to the ice cream shop. Kate and two production assistants order eight ice cream cones. Problem is, it's blazing hot outside, and the kids are all staying on the bus, several blocks away.
