Spotted: Count Lady Gaga Arrives in London's Heathrow Airport

Dressed up like a pants-less vampire, Stefani Germanotta, best known to us as Lady Gaga, brought out the fangs (and her butt cheeks) as she arrived at London's Heathrow Airport in the UK early Thursday (Aug 20).
