Stephen King supports our troops

Stephen King may scare readers with his horror stories, but it turns out he has a nice side too! The author is paying for 150 soldiers, currently training in Indiana, to go home to Maine for the holidays, before they ship out to Afghanistan in January. The trips ended up costing $13,000 - a number Stephen thought was a bit unlucky, so he knocked it down to $12,999 and his assistant was kind enough to make up the difference. Guess
