It’s never too early to announce a holiday release.  After all…it’s already February!  So to let you know The Sound of Music is coming to Blu-ray this holiday season, Fox Home Entertainment sent over a trailer.  While I kid about the early announcement, I’ll give credit to whoever cut the 40 something second trailer as it’s really well done.  Check it out after the jump.

Despite their vast (and sometimes controversial) empire, I will always associate the name “Disney” with animation.  As I’ve said many times before on this site, I grew up with some of Disney’s best animated features with Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and The Lion King still being some of my favorite movies (and they need to be on Blu-ray, stat!).
