Well how very, very unfortunate.

As "wild child Taylor Momsen was in the process of throwing her hair about onstage in Paris yesterday (at the launch of John Galliano's new fragrance) in a wild, totally unaffected out of control manner, the young singer accidentally ended up showing off her glued in hair extensions.
