Taylor Momsen is working on her debut album.

"I'm [a] musician and singer, and I write music. That's a huge passion of mine," the 15-year-old, who portrays Manhattan misfit Jenny Humphrey on The CW drama Gossip Girl, said in an interview with Teen Vogue this month.
