COED Magazine has created a list of "The 50 Most Populare Women on the Web" based on Google's search engine results. Unsurprisingly, pop superstar Lady Gaga topped the list followed by Ke$hA and Madonna. But why Justin Bieber is sitting at the number 7 spot?
