'The Bachelor' and 'The Bachelorette' Sued

The creatives behind "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" - ABC, Next Entertainment, Warner Horizon Television, NZK Productions and show creator Mike Fleiss - are all being sued for discrimination.
The two plaintiffs, who are both African-American, claim that they auditioned to star on "The Bachelor" and were singled out due to their race. TMZ dug up some details on the case:
