The LA Galaxy opened their 2009 MLS Soccer season over the weekend in a match-up with DC United at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA and managed to pull out a last-minute 2-2 tie. As y'all might be aware, David Beckham was NOT in attendance for the Galaxy's season opener this weekend because he has opted to remain in Italy to play with his new team AC Milan.
