Thomas Beatie and his wife Nancy Welcome a Son

Thomas Beatie -- the transgender "pregnant man" -- welcomed his second child, a healthy baby boy, Tuesday morning, according to ABC News.
It was a "natural childbirth," ABC reports.
Beatie and his wife Nancy have not yet decided on the boy's name.
Beatie's wife will be breastfeeding their son, as she did with their daughter, Susan, who was born last June.
