Bridesmaids walked behind Thor, which kept its top spot at the movie box office. The film about the hammer-wielding thunder god raked in $34.5 million (bringing its two-weekend total to $119.3 million) while the wedding comedy, written by and starring Saturday Night Live's Kristen Wiig, grossed a creditable $24.4 million, Box Office Mojo reports.
