spider-man star Tobey Maguire and his wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, welcomed their second child on Friday (May 8) - a son!

"I can confirm the Maguires had a baby boy today, and the family is healthy and happy," rep Kelly Bush confirmed.

The name of the baby has not been released yet.

Tobey, 33, and Jennifer, 31, met in 2003 and married in 2007. The couple already has a daughter, Ruby Sweetheart, 2
