Universal announced they made a deal with the screenwriting duo Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, who co-wrote Transformers, Mission Impossible 3, and star trek, to bring Van Helsing back to the big screen. Well along with these two Universal has also signed Tom Cruise on to play the vampire hunter from Transylvania in the upcoming reboot of the film.
