Transgender Britney Fan Spends $70, to get Britney's look

?A young transgendered man is such a slave for Britney Spears that she went under the knife to prove it.

Kara Nicole Hays, a 26 year-old transgendered person, spent approximately $70,000 to get the pop star's look, she confirmed to the News.

She estimated that her surgeries cost around $30,000 about a decade ago - the remainer went toward therapy, hormones, clothing, cosmetics and everything else needed to make the transition.
