Usher and Tameka Have Finally Signed the "Papers" in their Divorce Settlement

Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster are officially single and no longer "man and wife." Supreme Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane issued a final decree in the divorce case last Wednesday (Nov 4), according to the Associated Press.
