Usher Didn't Know Wife Was Getting Plastic Surgery!

According to the new issue of In Touch, Usher had no idea that wife Tameka Foster had gone down to Brazil to get a little nip and tuck.

So imagine his surprise when, as he was departing for a rehearsal for Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party, he got the call telling him that his wife had gone into cardiac arrest while going under for lipo.
